Hey Victors!
I had a conversation with someone today and in the conversation, I realized that there are so many people battling warfare in their minds. The mind is so powerful. You heard the saying, ” where the mind goes, the body follows”. This is especially true when you tell your mind to go upstairs to get something, your legs move.
To be quite honest, battling in the mind is a form of torment, and its not from Jesus. The enemy is tormenting so many of us and most are unaware. We leave doors open for the enemy to come in and wreak havoc in our lives and especially in our minds. One of the Biggest ways to open the door for torment is unforgiveness. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you who you havent forgiven so He can forgive you. As a matter of Fact, Forgive yourself! After you forgive, repent, and move on and be free. We can suppress trauma so deeply that our minds cannot remember. The Word says.” For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins”( Mathew 6:14-15 NIV ). Jesus already paid the price for us on the cross. Even during His crucifixion, He said, ” Father forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”

After you have done the work in forgiven others and yourself, Now, time to put in work. Command those tormenting demons to leave your mind. You have the authority to do so because you have closed that open door and you are a child of GOD. When you are being tormented with lies from the enemy, you have to combat it with the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of GOD.
“You( Jesus) will keep in perfect peace those minds are steadfast, because they trust in you(Jesus) NIV”
Lets break this down just a little. It says that He will keep you in perfect peace. This means that in order to keep something that means you have to already have possession of it. God has already given you peace, you just have to know it. “Who has known the mind of the Lord?” But we have the mind of Christ.” Also, the word, “keep” means continue. He will give you peace over and over again, never ending. However, there is only one condition in this scripture; steadfast. This means to be firm and unwavering in your thinking(mind) of Jesus. He is the Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
